Welcome to Choice & Behavior

This blog is where I explore how people actually make decisions, not how textbooks assume we do. I’m interested in the space where economics and psychology overlap. The biases we carry, the shortcuts we take, and the environments that quietly shape our choices, often without us realizing it.

I started Choice & Behavior to make behavioral economics feel practical and relatable. Instead of abstract models or academic jargon, my goal is to connect real-world examples, current events, and everyday decisions to the research behind them. Whether it’s money, sports, policy, or habits, I’m fascinated by why we act the way we do and how small changes can lead to better outcomes.

A bit about me. I’m a graduate of Rutgers University, where I studied Economics with a minor in Psychology. This blog is one of my first major personal projects, and part of the fun is learning and growing alongside the people who read it. I use this space to think out loud, test ideas, and translate complex concepts into something useful.

If you’re curious about decision-making, interested in behavioral economics, or just enjoy thinking a little deeper about everyday choices, I’m glad you’re here. Thanks for taking the time to read, and I hope you find something that sticks with you.
